DELIVERY
Welcome to our online store for maternity accessories. We hope you have found the item(s) that meet your needs.
The payment methods we currently use are cash on delivery or mobile money. As card payments are not yet configured, please follow these steps:
1/ Identify the items that interest you / add them to your basket;
2/ Contact us and define with us the day and time of delivery and then the delivery method (collection in store or home delivery).
3/ (In case of home delivery), you will send your precise location.
Delivery within Benin is free for orders over 15,000 CFA francs. Contact us for international deliveries. Shipping costs will be based on local exporters' rates.
For orders under 15,000 CFA francs in Cotonou and surrounding areas, the delivery fee is 1,000 CFA francs. Orders are payable upon delivery. In case of cancellation, you may return the item to the delivery driver. However, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
You will be notified when the delivery driver leaves. If they arrive at the delivery address but are unable to deliver for any reason (phone unreachable, location inaccurate), and if all delivery attempts have been unsuccessful, the driver will be obliged to return the order after a 10-minute wait and you will be charged for the delivery.
RETURNS - EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
You have the option to return and exchange all unopened items within 48 hours, except for underwear and intimate products .
Your order will be fully refunded except for the delivery charges which remain non-refundable.
If it is a gift and you are likely to exceed the warranty period, we advise you to opt for a gift voucher (with no expiry date ).
